The accurate data of target buffers can be obtained by the scheduling algorithm with a preprocessing scheme, so as to avoiding the cell conflicting and disordering. As compared to the existing schemes, PFTSA can not only simplify the switch architecture and procedure, but also improve the delay performance. %U https://journal.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.13190/j.jbupt.2017-249
