%X <p>In video stream applications, the image damage caused by encoding and transmission affects the quality of experience (QoE). The proposal presented here will provide a no-reference method to assess the video QoE based on the quantitative analysis of the image damage of video stream. The proposed method is a NR method and introduces the objective indicators, which can be used to represent the video stream image quality before network transmission, and to calculate the QoE levels. So it provides a reference for the assessment process without feedback and improves the accuracy of the assessment.</p>
